Devine’s 2017Annual Drinking Water Quality Report- 1 violation
You’ll find a public notice from the City of Devine in this week’s print edition regarding the 2017 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report. The full report which can be seen online shows an average level of 6 for Asbestos, and readings of the contaminant ranges between 0-10.244. The maximum contaminate level goal is 7.

Bowyer bitten by Copperhead in Great Oaks, still in ICU

Sandra Bowyer was bitten by a Copperhead this past Monday evening, July 2 at her home in Great Oaks. Bowyer was bitten around 4 pm Monday evening, and was quickly taken to the ICU at University Hospital, where she remains as of press day.
